4. Payments & Non-Refundable Services
By purchasing services from MedMax Digital, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

Payments compensate the Company for professional time, expertise, consultation, creative work, development labor, and technical services;

Deposits, retainers, setup fees, milestone payments, and completed work are non-refundable once work has commenced;

Chargebacks or payment disputes for validly rendered services may constitute breach of contract.
Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the Company’s discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary systems, source code frameworks, methodologies, development processes, templates, concepts, drafts, and unreleased materials remain the intellectual property of MedMax Digital unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of trademarks, logos, and materials supplied by them.
The client warrants that they possess lawful rights to all materials submitted to the Company.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under California law and applicable United States law, MedMax Digital shall not be liable for:

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedMax Digital, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

11. Force Majeure
