Delivery & “Shipping” Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

At MedMax Digital, we provide professional digital services, including website design, development, and related solutions. Since our services are digital in nature, we do not ship physical products. Instead, “shipping” refers to the delivery or deployment of digital work, assets, or project files to the client.

1. Definition of “Shipping”

For the purposes of our services:

“Shipping” means any of the following:

  1. Uploading a completed website, web application, or digital platform to the client’s hosting server or staging environment.

  2. Delivering digital assets such as source files, images, design mockups, code, or documentation.

  3. Transferring credentials, access keys, or administrative privileges required for the client to control or manage their website or digital project.

  4. Deploying live functionality, features, or updates to a client-approved production environment.

Physical shipment of items such as USB drives, CDs, or other storage media may be arranged only if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided in the project proposal or agreement.

  • Delivery begins only after the client has:

    • Provided all required content, branding assets, and approvals;

    • Paid any agreed deposits or milestone payments.

  • Timelines may be affected by:

    • Delays in client feedback or content submission;

    • Revisions or scope changes;

    • Technical or hosting-related issues beyond our control.

3. Delivery Methods

Digital delivery may include:

  • File transfers via secure cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Direct upload to the client’s hosting environment

  • Access credentials sent via secure email or project management platform

  • Project handoff through staging or production servers

Clients are responsible for ensuring their access and credentials are accurate and operational to receive deliverables.

4. Client Acceptance

  • Upon delivery, the client is responsible for reviewing all files, websites, or digital assets.

  • Approval of deliverables constitutes acceptance of work and triggers the final payment obligation if any outstanding balance exists.

  • Once approved, MedMax Digital is not responsible for issues arising from client modifications, misuse, or third-party integrations.

5. Limitations & Responsibilities

  • MedMax Digital is not responsible for downtime, hosting outages, or third-party service interruptions during digital delivery.

  • Security and backup of files after delivery are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

  • Delivery of digital assets does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property until full payment has been received.
